Denver

City Hall – Coloween – $29-$59
Coloween is one of Colorado’s biggest Halloween parties. Four rooms full of dancing zombies, ghouls and ghosts. Live performances and music as well as DJs and bottle service. Plus a $1000 costume contest.

The Viewhouse – Witches brew/ Blood Thrist/ Day of the Dead 
Thursday is ladies night, and a Fascinations fashion show. Friday DJ Excal8 performs while a $1000 costume contest rages on the dance floor. You can also win a trip to see Wicked in New York. Then because all good things must come to an end, on Saturday there’s going to be one more day of insane drink specials, giveaways and yet another $1000 costume contest. You’re going to need some RedBull. 

Sherman St. Event Center – Denver Halloween Costume Ball – $55-$65
Costume balls are the best balls if you ask us especially if there’s an open bar in them. Dance all night to DJ Nunez and KDJ while you vie for the $1000 costume prize. Oh, and one last thing it’s a OPEN BAR DUDE!

Lannies Clocktower Cabaret – Halloween Boo-lesque – $25
Head over to Lannie’s and see a spooky spectacular full of magic, juggling, singing and burlesque. Come in costume and you may just win a prize. Sit in the front row and you may be treated to a pasty in the eye.

Ellie Caulkins Opera House – Dracula – $55-$155
Just because it’s Halloween doesn’t mean you have to end the night puking in a garbage can. Head over to the ballet and experience Dracula. Keep it classy Colorado.

McNichols Event Center – Paranormal Palace – $79-$129 (11/1)
Here, you’ll be treated to an open bar, three stories of gravity-defying, haunting performances, and a chance to win $2000 if your costume is the shit. There’s also going to be  a mini haunted house, lots of spooky rooms to hang out in and thousands of other people to party with.

Bluebird Theater – Halloween Hootenany – $10
If you’re a music freak, here’s where you wanna go and your costume better be amazing. Grand prize is a year’s worth of unlimited Ogden shows. First place is the same at the Bluebird, second gets you a year's worth of Larimer Lounge shows and third place will get you just as acquainted with Lost Lake Lounge. Get your boogie on to DJ Wesely Wayne and score those tickets.

Pub Crawl – Nightmare on LoDo – $10 
Register at the Tilted Kilt for a night of creepy-pub-crawly drunkenness. Make cover-free stops at Celtic Tavern, Spill Lounge, Blake St. Vault, Jimmy’s Urban Bar, Blake St. Tavern and the Pour House, where you’ll get free and discounted drinks as well as a chance to win $1000 in a costume contest.

Pub Crawl – Halloween Pub Crawl  – $10 or $25 for a three-day pass.
Start at 1515 Bar, and make your way to Spill Lounge, Pour House and Howl at the Moon for drink specials and cover-free party fun. This crawl goes on for three days though so make sure to pace yourself.

Start at Zanzibar Billiards, and make your way to Howl at the Moon, Whiskey Bar, Illegal Pete's, Fado’s and the Pour House for discounted drinks and more costumed creatures than you could shake a stick at. 

Lucky Strike Lanes – Bowlloween – $15- $150 – $150 Group of 5 VIP guests 
Bowling and a Halloween dance party all at once, count you in! Your Dude costume will be fully appreciated at this party, or you have a real excuse to get out of those damn heels. There’s no way you can strike out tonight, unless you suck at bowling.

Black Shirt Brewing – Trick or Drink
When you say “Trick or Drink” to the bartender, you get a free 5 oz taster. Also the Hunger Artist will be performing so there’s no reason to leave.
