So what exactly is going on in the above clip? German artist Gourski, a music producer and clear lover of all things cacti, noticed when he was watering one of his plants that certain tones would come from the needles as they were plucked. Feeling like this hot fire had to be recorded, he got it under a mic, equalized and compressed the sounds coming from it, and threw on a low-end trap bass line to compliment the rhythm. 

What's created is what he calls Cactus Trap, and it's actually pretty flipping good.
