This summer, Civic Center Park has been more than just a backdrop for downtown office lunches and weekend strollers, it’s become the pulsing heart of Denver’s outdoor music scene. AEG Presents’ 2025 Civic Center Park Concert Series has already delivered some unforgettable moments, kicking off with Zeds Dead’s chaotic Backyard Jamboree on July 4 and a dark, thunderous techno sermon from Eli Brown the very next night.

But that was just the warm-up.

With four more shows still to come, including Jamie xx, Gorgon City, Boiler Room, and Sammy Virji, the series is heading into its final stretch, and with it, the final chapter of the Greek Theater as we know it. At the end of this summer, the historic amphitheater will undergo a major renovation, making these final concerts the last chance to experience one of Denver’s most iconic open-air venues in its current form.

“AEG Presents Rocky Mountains is excited to bring fresh experiences and new concert locations to Denver’s music scene—from Civic Center Park in the heart of downtown to Project 70: Under the Bridge and beyond,” says the team behind the programming. It’s a clear signal that while Civic Center’s Greek Theater might be hitting pause, Denver’s appetite for thoughtfully curated outdoor music experiences is only getting stronger.

Jamie xx – August 6
The Mercury Prize-winning producer and sonic shapeshifter brings his minimalist yet emotional soundscapes to Civic Center for a rare Denver performance. Expect a blend of delicate textures and club-ready rhythms that’ll make you forget you’re dancing between government buildings.

Gorgon City – August 8
One of the UK’s most consistent dance music duos touches down at the Greek for the first time, bringing their sleek house anthems and deep grooves to the Mile High crowd. Think warehouse vibes, but with better acoustics and skyline views.

Boiler Room – August 9
If last year’s Boiler Room party felt like stumbling into an underground rave that just happened to be city-sanctioned, this year’s edition doubles down. The 2025 lineup features Anaïs Sasha, Charlie Sparks, Chippy Nonstop, Gano, Joanna Kuchta, and Nico Moreno; a genre-fluid mix of techno, bass, and unfiltered energy. It’s set to be one of the most unpredictable, sweat-dripping nights of the summer.

Sammy Virji – September 15
Closing out the series in full park style, UK garage’s golden boy Sammy Virji is bringing his infectious energy and big bassline charisma to Civic Center. If there’s a better way to bid farewell to the Greek Theater than with a full-tilt dance party under the stars, we haven’t heard it.

Whether you’re here for the forward-thinking bookings, the nostalgic nods, or simply to say you were there before the Greek got its facelift, there’s no denying the cultural weight these next few shows carry. Civic Center Park has always belonged to the people and before the dust settles and renovations begin, Denver gets one last summer to dance in its shadows.
