What’s worse than being a creepy dude getting tossed to the ground by a waitress whose ass you just grabbed at a family restaurant while your wife and two kids sit a few tables down? Having it all caught on tape.

That’s what happened to Ryan Cherwinski when he walked passed a waitress at Vinnie Van Go-Go’s in Savannah, Georgia, and attempted the inadvertent ass grab / sexual assault / won’t-have-a-girlfriend-after-this maneuver. Unfortunately for Cherwinski, the waitress wasn’t having any of it and tossed him to the floor like a bag of socks. If it couldn't get any worse for the smooth criminal, Cherwinski’s wife and two kids were sitting at a table nearby most likely waiting for their waitress to return with cold iced teas.  

Fortunately for all of us, the incident was caught on video and provides a glimpse into the world of what women have to deal with when it comes to dumb dudes.

As for Cherwinski, he went with his drunken instinct and told police he was simply trying to move her to the side and that he "barely touched her." Police watched the video and arrested Cherwinski who now faces criminal charges.

The silver lining in all of this? The waitress wasn’t aware of how much publicity she’d receive from this entire ordeal but in light of the attention she’s been getting, she started a GoFundMe page to raise money for cats. Yes, cats.
