Dank Colorado license plate configurations, like “BONG” and “TEGRIDY” up for auction by the State — for charity
In the spirit of of April (the month of all things weed) the state of Colorado announced that they would be auctioning off the rights to some seriously dank license plate configurations.
And the bids are already stacking up. Plates like “TEGRIDY” already have hundreds of bids, and "ISIT420" is already over $6000. The cheapest available one is “HERB” and it’s still $650.
Yes, the prices are a little steep — but all of the proceeds from the auction go to the Colorado Disability Fund. So you’re not only paying for rad license plate, but you’re helping a really good cause. And who wouldn’t want to drive around sporting one of these Coloradical plates? You’d never need to worry about getting laid ever again.
The bidding page does warn, though, "DON'T DRIVE HIGH! PLEASE USE CANNABIS RESPONSIBLY, WITHIN THE LIMITS OF ALL COLORADO LAWS."
That’s good advice — particularly for anyone who’s riding around with one of these plates on their vehicle. Rad as they are, they’ll definitely earn some unwanted attention from cops.
