One Colorado man really put this concept to the test when he attempted to switch seats with his dog after getting pulled over on the suspicion of driving under the influence.

“The driver attempted to switch places with his dog who was in the passenger seat as the SPD officer approached and watched the entire process,” reads the police facebook post, adding that the male party showed very clear signs of intoxication (besides, you know, trying to convince a cop that your dog was driving your car).
