It's all hip-hop. It bleeds hip-hop.

Proximity, a local trio of hip-hop heads, recently launched the video for its single “This Is Us” — a Colorado-centric journey of vinyl shopping, burly face shots and rooftop access.

Riding high on the success of its latest “The Shock Therapy EP,” the three artists in Proximity are solidifying ground in the local hip-hop sphere with conscious themes and smooth, hesh-approved cadences. They plan to make bigger waves soon enough, supporting notable shows on the horizon like that of the Sage Francis appearance in both Ft. Collins and Denver.

The video — and the song — is all hip-hop. It bleeds hip-hop. We need a Band-Aid now from all this hip-hop blood leaking out everywhere. It’s like that.
