Bust out your carboy and get your hydrometer ready because you’ll be brewing the winning recipes from last years National Homebrew Competition. But, make sure your hands are free at noon, because everyone participating, from sea to shining sea, will be toasting to beer and your ability to make it yourself.  Happy brewing.
