Hosted by the Colorado Restaurant Foundation, the festival is more than a weekend of incredible food and drink. Every ticket purchased helps support scholarships, workforce development, mental health resources, and emergency assistance programs that strengthen Colorado’s hospitality industry.

Riedel Wine Glass Seminar
Wednesday, August 26
Kick off the festival with an interactive tasting that explores how the shape of a wine glass influences aroma, flavor, and the overall tasting experience. Guided by wine experts, guests sample multiple wines using Riedel’s varietal-specific glassware while discovering a new appreciation for every pour. The bonus? Guests take home their own set of Riedel Veloce wine glasses (valued at $198).
Shake + Brake Showdown

This crowd favorite brings talented bartenders from the state’s favorite bars and local food trucks together for a delicious showdown! Bartenders prepare their best drink while food trucks serve up their best bites. You get to be the judge as you taste + vote for Best Cocktail and Best Food Truck.

The main event! Think Colorado on a plate. The Grand Tasting features 50+ new and award-winning restaurants and chefs from across Colorado alongside hundreds of wines, spirits, cocktails, and other beverages. Guests can discover new favorites, meet the chefs behind the menus, and enjoy unlimited tastings, live entertainment, and interactive experiences. VIP and First Taste admission provide early entry and additional time to explore before the crowds arrive.
