McDonald's for dinner isn't the worst thing that could happen, unless you're 23-year-old, Luciano Vasquez-Marte and your sister brought you that opposed to the Chinese food you wanted.

Cops responded to a domestic abuse call after Luciano began hitting his younger sister, 21-year-old Luisanna because she brought him McDonalds instead of Chinese food. Luisanna told police that after she brought her brother the wrong food, he began yelling and screaming at her about dinner to which she responded by pushing him to get away from her. Luciano, then pushed her back and began hitting her in the head several times. Turns out, Luciano isn't a fan of two all-beef patties, special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles and onions on a sesame seed bun.

But he did have a good excuse as to why he beat his sister over her dinner choices:

Luciano explained that his sister “brought him home McDonald’s when she knows Luciano likes the local Chinese menus.” He added that his sibling “was very disrespectful and began yelling at him about liking what he got.”

She knows he likes local chinese menus. Damn her. But now, Luciano can have all the "cream of sum young guy' he wants sitting in jail.
