The local ABC reporter was simply trying to help commuters redirect their route to work by letting them know that the shaft was a growing concern, the testicles were an option but not the most rewarding and the head should never be avoided even on a day like today when construction is at its worst. 

It was an innocent mistake, unlike this reporter who obviously hates her co-worker.
