7 Sriracha recipes for your guilty addiction

Admit it, when you heard your beloved cock sauce factory may shut down due to noxious fumes, you filled your basement with so much Sriracha that your neighbors started to complain. But, now that the Irwindale city council has dropped their lawsuit, you look kind of stupid, don'tcha? Instead of willing it away to your great-great grandchildren, or donating it to homeless shelters, here's a few things you can do scale that stash back to a socially acceptable level.

Sriracha Bloody Mary

Put ice in a glass, then cover that ice with Sriracha like you have six crates in storage. Add a shot of vodka and tomato juice. Garnish with kimchi, pickles and celery if you're fancy. Add more vodka if you're not.

Sriracha Red Beer

Squirt some Sriracha into a pint glass and pour either a light pilsner, or a fresh-hopped IPA over the sauce. Carefully stir the sauce into the brew. It's like a red beer, but with a lot more balls.

Sriracha Mayo

Combine equal parts mayonnaise and Sriracha, then stir. Now you have a tasty spread for all your sandwich and sushi needs.

Sriracha Ranch

Combine equal parts Ranch Dressing and Sriracha, then mix. Behold: the most epic pizza crust dip EVER.

Sriracha Marinade

Combine Sriracha, olive oil, garlic, lime juice and green onions. Marinade any and all of your favorite meats in the mix for about an hour, grill and enjoy.

Sriracha Wing Sauce

3/4 cup Sriracha
1 Tbs rice vinegar
1 Tbs chili oil
1 stick butter
Melt butter and mix all together, then toss with wings. What better way to use gallons of cock sauce than to cover chicken with it?

Candied Sriracha Bacon

Preheat oven to 350 and lay out the bacon. Squeeze Sriracha on the bacon and spread it around so there's a nice, even coating. Sprinkle brown sugar on the strips, and bake until it's as crispy as you like it. Finally, stuff bacon in face, or add it to your Sriracha Bloody Mary to really impress your taste buds.

Or, you know, you can just keep dousing everything with it like you do already. We're pretty sure Sriracha Lucky Charms aren't that bad.
