ONE QUESTION w/ MERKULES

We gotta ask, which tattoo hurt the worst? Would you do it again?

“By far the ‘Trust Your Gut’’ across my stomach. [laughs] I’m a bigger dude and most tattoo artists live by the theory that tattooing fat hurts WAY more than muscle and that seemed to be the case for me. It was a 7-hour session with no breaks and if we’re being completely honest, I was sober as a judge. I was taking a short break from the bottle at the time so that increased the pain ten-fold for me. Yes, I’d do it again. Over, and over, and over again.”

FEATURED SHOWS

November 8
KLOUD
w/ special guests

Who are they? Where are they from? How did the wompy DJ get social media verified so quickly with so few followers? These questions and more can be answered at KLOUD’s first ever live performance. Wander in aimlessly, come out fulfilled.

QUIX
w/ Montell2099 and Stayloose

Bluebird Theater

This bearded wonder is a trap DJ that once came to North America from New Zealand to perform only 10 shows. He quickly found that maybe he should have packed more socks, as he didn’t leave until 42 were under his belt. Thank goodness for the hype. Silly parents, QUIX is for kids!

November 18
The Grouch
featuring Murs

Fox Theatre

So you’ve yet to put the spooky face pumpkins away for the new holiday season, that’s fine. Doesn’t stop iconic west coast rapper The Grouch from throwing his annual How The Grouch Stole Christmas tour. It’s grouchy, it’s jolly, and smells a little bit like skunk.

November 20
Zhavia
w/ special guests

Globe Hall

Don’t hold it against Zhavia that her big move came from appearing on a whack television show alongside “We The Second Best” DJ Khalid. Since then, she’s powered her way into the pop and hip-hop game with force. This is one of the best new artists on the block. Period.

November 22
Planet of the Drums
w/ AK1200, Dara, Dieselboy and more

Cervantes’ Masterpiece

There was a time in Denver when club Vinyl’s basement rattled the streets of Broadway with the quick-hittin’ drops of Drum n Bass. It was dingy as fuck down there and the pipes leaked, but artists like AK1200, Dara, Dieselboy and others still brought heat. Relive those moments, or create some for the first time. Much boom!
