A gang of pre-Snoop Doggs who hadn't even hit the double digits yet were busted for smoking weed in a bathroom at a California elementary school last month, giving new meaning to the term "You must be this high to ride this ride."

The students, a mix of 8 and 9-year-olds in third grade, were hitting the pipe when another student walked in on them, then totally narced on them to a teacher. The teacher had a "Think of the children!" moment, and promptly called the police.

“We saw the three kids get taken out of the bathroom, but that is all we saw,”  said seventh grader Mary Montano, who, in her youth, said "no" to drugs like the t-shirts say.

Superintendent Leigh Shampain of California's Summerville School District confirmed the incident, but hasn't commented on how the boys will be punished. California's educational code says children can be suspended or expelled for smoking marijuana on school property.

The po-po confiscated a pipe from the kids and a "very small" amount of weed that came from "several different sources." The police said that the boys appeared to have very little smoking experience, and it did not appear as if they managed to get very high before being confronted. And while we're not proud of them at all, we do have to commend their resourcefulness … we mean we're pushing 29 and we still don't know where to get weed.
