With her illuminated space murals that change with available light, Bogi Fabian transforms the bleak to inter-dimensional. Ooooooh!

Perspective Rules Everything Around Me … so goes the creative punch Hungarian-born Bogi Fabian brings to the table. Her interest is in the power of light, or sometimes the lack of it. Bright neon blotches of far-off nature couple with the illuminating effects of glow-in-the-dark paints, which give her pieces the ability to captivate audiences both in large atmospheres and small. (Prints are available in sizes ranging from tabletop coasters to full on museum wraps.)

“I am trying to create dreamful atmospheres, paint walls and floors and manage to enlighten my art with and without a source of energy,” she says. “Thus, the spectator can experience the result in the daylight as well as in the dark, and in that way enjoy it in all its facets. My goal is to create unique spaces and rooms giving them an identity and a soul, where relaxing and living become an experience.”
