Pig out and get drunk all while doing something good for the community — it’s life’s greatest conquest, after all.
We’re only a few weeks into April and already there’s an awe-inspiring truckload of events coming through the calendar’s back door. Concerts, restaurant openings, patio specials, hiking trails, court-ordered self-esteem classes, comedy nights, Tinder referrals … by god it’s already exhausting.
But one event we won’t be too sleepy to miss out on will be Breckenridge Brewery’s 25th Annual Hootenanny — a day crammed full with a delicious pig roast, vibe-enhancing tunes and Colorado’s favorite social-lubrication … beer.
This morning the camp over at Breck Brew announced the full lineup of the day’s festivities, which includes some of the hottest names in bluegrass, Americana, rock or a hybrid of all the above. There will be two stages erected (one of them hosted by the WinterWonderGrass Festival) at the brewery’s new location in Littleton, CO — off of Santa Fe between the Arapahoe Community College and Aspen Grove shopping district, respectively. Watch the video below for the full lineup announcement.
The event will also be raising money for Conscious Alliance, a CO-based non-profit that fights hunger across the nation through its extraordinary grassroots food collection and hunger awareness programs. So pig out and get drunk all while doing something good for the community — it’s life’s greatest conquest, after all.
