It’s been two years since Kamtin Mohager, the lone force behind The Chain Gang of 1974, has released any new music. In fact, June 21, 2011 was when his last album, “Wayward Fire” was dropped and has been just about all that fans have received until just recently.

Last week he gave the e-world “Miko.” It’s the first single off of his latest venture, which wrapped up recording earlier this year. No official date has been announced, but the single is probably a testament to what one can expect from the album. The track was produced by one time Colorado resident Isom Innis of Foster the People, and holds true to the ethereal projection Mohager loves to exhibit in his sounds. Enjoy.
