You know how ALS and ice don't have anything to do with each other, so the Ice Bucket Challenge was kind of a weird way to raise awareness for a cause? Not so with the Crotch Grab Challenge, a new (sightly painful but also strangely pleasurable) movement to raise awareness for testicular cancer. Finally, the x-rated charity movement of your dreams.

All you have to do raise awareness for balls is this:

1. Choose a hand. Preferably your more powerful, veiny one. Raise it in the air and hold it there, letting it quiver slightly so the tension and anticipation builds.

2. Exhale. Take your hand, and swiftly, firmly grip your balls. Bonus points if you can sneak some peen in there with 'em. If you're a girl, grab the nearest set of balls to you. It's for cancer. Or, grab your own crotch. You don't need no man.

3. Have someone take a photo of your epic crotch cradle and post it to Instagram.

4. Tag #feelingnuts and nominate a friend to try it.

5. Don't even think about breaking out your wallet. Unlike the Ice Bucket Challenge, the Crotch Grab challenge doesn't ask for money. Just a snug and secure grip on your nuts. Maybe jiggle 'em a bit for good luck.

The movement was created by UK-based organization Check One Two, who are all about testicular cancer awareness. Their website is a wonderful, balls-deep resource for making sure you’re doing all you can to regularly monitor your jewels and detect testicular cancer early.

There are even vaguely arousing videos on the site that show how to properly check your danglers for lumps, as well as calendar alert to remind you to take a moment out of your day to caress your nuts with love and care … and a healthy amount of panic-wrought suspicion.

Celebrities like Hugh Jackman, Ricky Gervais, Jamie Oliver and, strangely enough, Ellie Goulding, have already posted their crotch grabs to Instagram, and have challenged other celebs in order to support the movement.

Here's Ricky Gervais touching his dick region for cancer. He supports balls.

Does Kate Upton do ball checks? Anyway, this is a charity we can really get behind. It's so much more well thought-out than the Ice Bucket Challenge; no one ever got a concussion form gently fingering their ballsacks … but this chick might of.
