Ex-White Stripes frontman and infamous rock legend Jack White is many things; guitar god, actor, father, hater of the Black Keys, and now … he’s an ice cream. Gelato, to be exact. The singer recently had an Australian gelato flavor named after him. Dubbed “Jack ‘N White,” it consists of Jack Daniels and caramelized white-chocolate gelato with caramelized pecans and caramelized fudge. We’ll say it again. Caramelized.

His most recent album, Lazaretto debuted at #1 on the Billboard charts this week, setting a vinyl sales record at 138,000 copies sold. But while the album will be out for eternity, fans will only have a few more days to find out what Jack White tastes like; the gelato will only be available for the next few weeks.
