For the beer-loving voyeur in all of us, this Thursday six Colorado beer makers will be brewing the most Colorado beer they could think up, and you can watch the whole thing go down on Twitter with the magic hashtag: #SimultaneousBrew.

At 8 a.m. this Thursday, Strange Brewing Co., Echo Brewing Co., Pikes Peak Brewing Co., Very Nice Brewing Co., Butcherknife Brewing Co., and Kannah Brewing Co. will begin brewing their version of Simultaneous Saison at their respective breweries. They'll be posting their progress on Twitter, and encouraging you to join in on the fun.

Why is this the most Colorado beer you ask? Well, it's going to be brewed with crystal malt from Alamosa, hops from Paonia, and honey from Salida. Can't get more local than that.

Join in with #SimultaneousBrew to get the insider scoop, because when you hit up the Brewer's Rendezvous (July 19th) in Salida you'll be able to taste them all and, be that cool guy in the know.
