It's been a multi-genre-rational few weeks …

As our submissions pile up, we continue to find ourselves #blessed with tracks from every type of artist. These past few weeks, our inbox was inundated with exceptional work in hip-hop, rock, funk and even a singer/songwriter tear-jerker. We likey. SunSquabi – "SquabCat"

The SQUAB is on a mission lately to take Colorado and flip it on its head with a downright soulful flare, something the electronic hydro-funk act does best. Squab's shows are unbeatable, and we always expect nothing but the best when the band releases singles. The future is looking bright for SunSquabi too, as the outfit has teamed up with GRiZ's All Good Records for its next full release. Feel it?

Smoky Bare – "Stuff Cigars"

If there's a sonic form of what your brain goes through after a tight dab, consider "Stuff Cigars" it. The lowkey patience of Smoke Bare lends itself a nice and mellow ride, with a tight acoustic backend giving it that alternative flare. Smoke som'n …

Ramond – "Realize feat. FL and Flawless Money"

Ramond is in the midst of a conquest, releasing one track every week for 20 weeks straight in his "20/20 vision project." That ain't easy. Little production value is lost in the haste, each single hitting just as hard as the last. We're privy to this "Realize" featuring FL and Flawless Money, though. "It's your life, live it."

Megan Burtt w/ the Colorado Symphony – "Anchor"

We'd be remiss if we didn't admit to having a soft heart every once in a while. It's not all bass drops and dirty rhyme flow around here. When singer/songwriter Megan Burtt sent us the video of her and the Colorado Symphony, we knew it would come through with everything anyone can hope for. She and company nail the entirety of it — drawing a few tears out of us in the process. Jeez.

My Body Sings Electric – "Unimpressive"

What do you do when you're a broke musician but want to put out a visual trinket? Get creative. According to My Body Sings Electric, the following video for "Unimpressive" only cost them a clean hundo and was filmed inside of guitarist Jeff Fedel's garage. That's, in fact, impressive.

Radio – "Take Your Life"

A fan of anything Rhymesayers has ever put out in its decades-long existence is going to nudge up close to Radio and his hits. The Denver — by way of SoCal — based emcee continues to breathe a fresh sound into the scene and could easily be mistaken for a head from Minneapolis. His tracks always come through. We're stoked to have him here.

P-Rose – "The Intro"

Don't know who P-Rose is? He's gonna fuckin' tell you. Jumping off the blocks with "The Intro" — a bass-heavy account of the struggle most artists know all too well — is the new artist's me moment. He's up for the challenge. That hair, tho!
