Marc E. Bassy, a San Fran bred hip-hop and R&B fused vocalist is a smooth-operator if there ever were one. His drawling cadence atop rhythmic and bass hitting beats draws comparisons to other legendary crooners, but can just as easy stand on its own. Recently he provided the e-world a dose of his heart dropping the visuals for his single "American Dream Life".

Oooooh this boy’s got soul to go on for days!

His entire online catalog is worth a listen if you’re the type of music lover who digs on tunes that get the shoulder slowly popping, the eyes drawn down and the head swayin' around with nowhere to go.

It’s fireside baby-making music, just in time for cold temperatures.

In a recent press release Bassy explains the nature of his sentiments in the song:

“I don't think enough people are talking about what's important or even attempting to start a conversation. The leaders of the new school should be putting each other up on what's good for them; not materialism, violence, hatred, and addiction. I see too many people acting like nothing they do matters. What if they all valued their voice? What would they say then?”
