When life gives you lemons, perform a transfer orgasm. After falling from a roof, Rafe Biggs, 43, was left paralyzed from the waist down; eliminating any feeling and thus ending the possibility of ever having an orgasm again. Rafe wasn't having it. Through sexual dedication and practice, he began conditioning his thumbs to become as he calls it "a surrogate penis." His girlfriend sucked and massaged his thumbs until the point of orgasm. 

"When I did it – it was amazing. I never thought it would be possible, but massaging and sucking on my thumb, feels a lot like my penis used to feel – it's really hot." Biggs told the Sun. 

Since his firs thumbgasm, Biggs has gone on to found an organization dedicated to helping people with disabilities enjoy sex again. He's worked with sex therapist Lisa Skye Carl who's said this about the sexual go-getter: 

"What Rafe is experiencing is a 'transfer orgasm' – where another place on the body gives the same sensation. He has significant reduction in pain after a session."

One thing is for sure, we're not declaring a thumb war with Rafe anytime soon. The end result could be awkward.
