At first glance, it's hard to understand just what photographer Stephan Zirwes is photographing, considering the angle isn't something normally seen of this particular subject matter. Look a little further, however, and you'll have your mind blown as you realize what you've been missing your entire life.

The German born photographer shoots the most unbelievable aerial perspectives of cities, nature, pools and even golf courses. The man's an innovator with his style and eye for aesthetic. And unlike your buddy John with his puny drone camera, Stephan actually straps into a helicopter and flies 1000 feet over the subject like a real man. Put the drone away.
