Outdoor concert season is in full swing here in Colorado. Red Rocks hosts nationally acclaimed headlining acts nightly while Civic Center has been the home to numerous festivals, including Regenerate Festival and the Deadbeats Jamboree.
As the summer events roll on, the city of Denver is also preparing for its annual festival, Underground Music Showcase. The three-day music festival has been called the largest indie music festival in the Rocky Mountain region and will be taking place from July 26 – 28.
Every July, Underground Music Showcase takes over a large portion of the famed South Broadway area with four outdoor stages and various participating venues/bars in the area. This year’s sponsored venues include Banded Oak Brewing, Bar 404, Baere Brewing Company, The Hornet, Rhapsody, Hi-Dive, HQ Denver, Skylark, and Illegal Pete’s.
According to UMS, this year’s showcase will feature more than 200 bands, a true testament to its growth and evolution over the years. This year’s headliners include Beach Fossils, Tkay Maidza, and Amyl and the Sniffers and the rest of the lineup features a beautiful mixture of local and national talent from top to bottom.
UMS has also announced a new ticket tier this year: UMS Club Perks Pass. This allows access to the festival for the entire weekend, exclusive merch, access to a new club lounge, and fast lane access to official UMS Outdoor Stages. You can learn more about the Perks Pass here.
