SNAPPED: A Month of Photography Exhibition

Earth Illuminated is a selfie-style museum where you can wander through a 13,000-square-foot space with 45+ interactive scenes showcasing earth, land, and sea. The attraction, appropriate for all ages, is divided into a series of colorfully themed sets that are designed for taking photos and videos featuring unique perspectives and interactive props. #awesome.

 

HIT & RUN: MUSICAL IMPROV

RISE Comedy

Hit and Run: Musical Improv creates an hour-long fully improvised Broadway-style musical with live musical accompaniment, based on suggestions from the audience. Enter the most unlikely setting for a circus: a factory! One where the workers are acrobats and the machines are circus props. Cirques Du Soleil meets 1935 in this entertaining show with acrobats, trapeze artists and plenty of other much more talented people than ourselves.

This show revisits the Clyfford Still Museum’s inaugural exhibition and highlights some of the most compelling revelations CSM has uncovered about the collection since it opened in 2011. A Decade of Discovery includes photographs of lost paintings from the 1930s, undocumented and mysterious artworks found during the collection inventory process, and conservation-related breakthroughs about Still’s materials. These never-before-shown elements recontextualize familiar paintings and stories, casting Still’s art, process, and legacy in a new light.
