Let it bless you:

The Can Opener

This is as simple as it gets: jump off feet-first toward the water and pull one knee against your chest with both your arms. If done correctly, you’ll create a huge splash in the water.

Flying Squirrel

Get a running start and jump as high as you can, as if you were going to belly flop. With your stomach pointing at the water, reach your hands behind your back, bend your knees, and grab your ankles. Reverse the process before you land, or pay dearly.

Twister

Get a running start, jump and then flip, using your right shoulder to lead you into the flip — NOT YOUR HEAD. If you do it correctly, you’ll flip around your shoulder doing a complete 360 and a front flip. If you lead the trick with your head, you will likely just do a simple front flip — that won’t impress any of the ladies.

Double Backflip

If you have regular flips down, all you need to do is add a little more momentum and you’ll land these every time. Focus on getting a little extra speed, or try bending your knees more before the jump and really think about forcing your entire upper body around your hips. Tuck your knees to reduce wind resistance.
