The social change activating, rhyme-dropping syndicate Flobots have just announced the second leg of their North American tour. The continuing success proves that the outfit wasn’t simply just a short political gimmick, rather a true push towards community significance. Reaching a rare pinnacle for their “Handlebars” single in 2008, the group has managed to stay relevant, even after voting season ended, by taking their words of social, political and economic awareness and doing something about it. The project behind Flobots.org serves to many disadvantaged youth the gift of music and seeks to give value to those who often would be without.

The tour manages to hit both coasts and is still in support of their newest album, Circle In The Square. Fellow Denver hip-hop artists Wheelchair Sports Camp, who themselves are very socially conscious in their lyrical style, will support the trip adding their own efforts to produce positive change.
