The Foo Fighters – not to be confused with “Food Fighters,” an American reality based cooking television series hosted by Adam Richman – have just announced a rather large North American tour in support of its newest album “Sonic Highways.”

Tickets go on sale at box offices this Saturday, Nov 22 at 10:00 a.m. and online pre-sales begin Monday, Dec 1. Sound bass-ackwards? Because it is.

Via The Foo Fighters' social media postings the band explains:

“Sick of Scalper-BOTS programmed to clog the online queue & snatch up huge amounts of tickets to resell them?
Us too – So this Saturday, HUMANS get first shot at tickets.“

Because what we need to do right now is start planning ahead to August 17, 2015 and forget about the holiday season, which depletes most of our bank accounts as is. Ahhh, commerce.
