At 4' 5", Florida fifth grader Julian Newman should be playing with the kids at his local elementary school. Instead, he's on the varsity basketball squad for Downy Christian High School and he's not only playing, but he's putting on a clinic. According to maxpreps.com, the kid phenom is averaging 12.6 points, 9.8 assists, and 3.8 steals. 

How can he play you ask? Florida High School Ahtletic rules state that a players four year limit of eligability is not affected by a student beginning interscholastic sports before ninth grade. Say what you will, the little guy's skills speak for themselves in the above video. And since he's still in fifth grade, Julian has seven more years of varsity basketball ahead of him.
