What did you do last week? Go to work, maybe go to your best friend's birthday party wearing your cool new shoes? That's nice. Well, while you were busy doing that, Mogwai released a new album, added a bunch of new dates to their 2014 tour, and you know, casually made their own whiskey to promote it all.

Brilliantly named "Mogwai Whisky," it's a single cask nine-year-old Glenallachie whiskey made with water from snow fed streams, lightly peated malts, and probably unicorn tears. There are only 324 bottles of the stuff on God's green earth, and the only place you can buy it is Glasgow's Good Spirits Co.  And, at 57% ABV, we're guessing it'll get you drunk enough to deal with the fact that they won't be stopping by Denver until May 20th.

Mogwai Whisky goes on sale tomorrow, January 28th. But in the meantime, let's all pop a squat a take a listen to a track from their new album, Rave Tapes. It's called "The Lord is Out of Control."
