The video resembles GoPro's epic commercials but that doesn't deter from the ridiculous speed at which Marcelo Gutierrez bombs through the worn-down streets of Valparaiso in the Valparaiso Urban Downhill 2013.  Chile is a beautiful place at high speeds.
