We asked Papdosio to give us some tracks to bump before its three-run stop in Colorado

Papadosio is a name that needs not a lengthy introduction to anyone in Colorado. With its soul-warping improvisations and life-defining live performances, the quintet manages to split the line between mundane reality and deep metaphysical existence. Per its bio the band is described as “melding progressive rock with psychedelia, folk with electronica, and dance music with jam.” It’s a fantastic force to be reckoned with.

And if you won’t catch them on their three-night “Fourshadows Tour” run this weekend, the guys promise they’ll be back to Colorado in bigger and better form. In fact, this July — at that small venue we have here named Red Rocks Amphitheatre — they’ll be opening for Umphrey’s McGee with TAUK. That’s — what would you call it — nothing short of baller?

But we’re talking here and now. While checking in with the band quickly we asked the guys to give us a short list of necessities needed while out on the perilous road. They also built us their own Pregame Playlist for their fans to bump before the main events.
