Oh… sweet surrender! We just knew this was going to happen! Concert season is, after all, right around this month’s corner. Our calendars are filling up rather quickly because of it. We’re going to need clones, lots and lots of clones to be able to catch all the great performances swooping through our beloved state.

Another bombshell was announced just yesterday from the love-him-or-hate-him force of Skrillex. He’s coming to Red Rocks for two solid nights filled with that pew-pew, bap! We haven’t done the math yet, but we predict that to be a heap-load of drops. A comically sized cauldron full of them!

Sonny Moore may need to be careful through when he brings the heat, because Red Rocks just enacted new noise rules to counteract the popularity of EDM and the rampant use of the deepest of bass. Clearly it’s disrupting the locals that had no idea they were moving next to one of the most incredible music venues on earth. They must have just recently realized that they could hear the music because… the amphitheater hasn’t been around for more than a hundred years as an entertainment epicenter. No, wait, it has…

Tickets have yet to go on sale, except for pre-sales. But since we know none of our readers actually have an American Express card (which is the only way one attains these fabled presales), we’d rather just let you know when they go on sale for non-richers. March 14 is d-day, so get up early and fight online traffic to get a hold of yours. These will go quick.
