For their latest trick, Akomplice shot their Fall 2014 lookbook at the lysergic Electric Forest Festival in Rothbury, Michigan. The result? All-new pieces that reflect the irreverent youth and tangible electricity of festival culture. It's like wearing molly, but way less illegal and warmer.

Akin to a modern day Woodstock, Electric Forest is famous for its seamless amalgamation of music, art and community. The performances, interactive art installations, and non-stop party offered a unique atmosphere for Akomplice’s Fall Collection, a colorful, pattern-embracing stock that reflects the sights, sounds, and culture of Electric Forest and other similar fests.

Boasting an All-Access pass to the four-day music and camping festival, Akomplice co-founder Patrick Liberty admitted, "We had no idea what we were getting ourselves into.” Akomplice didn't have models booked for the shoot or a story-boarded concept set up beforehand. Instead, Akomplice kept model selection and concepting as organic and authentic as the festival itself. Hand-picked musicians, talent managers, stagehands, and festival attendees became temporary emblems of Akomplice as they donned new items and posed for the camera. Featured artists in the lookbook include: Paper Diamond, Umphrey’s McGee’s bassist Ryan Stasik, Manic Focus, Lindsay Lowend, and members of Conspirator.

But the brand’s collaboration with Electric Forest extends beyond the making of their latest lookbook. Look out for an Electric Forest x Akomplice co-branded T-shirt to drop on the Akomplice Webstore.
