These knickers aren't your Victoria Secret style underwear. Three engineering students from India have developed a set of undergarments capable of delivering an un-welcomed intruder the shock of a lifetime. The device, elegantly called Society Harnessing Equipment or SHE, was introduced to combat the growing sexual assault rate in India that's hindering tourism and preventing women from walking the streets.

The lingerie, laced with modules of global positioning systems (GPS), global system for mobile communications (GSM) and also pressure sensors, is capable of sending shock waves up to 3,800 kV as well as alerts to the girl's parents and police.

Documenting that breasts were the first area touched during an attack, the students outfitted the bra with the pressure sensitive device that will surely make the perp think twice about ever touching a girl's breasts, or girls in general for that matter. We have one question, what if the girl dumps her drink on shock bra at the nightclub?

The garments have yet to be commercialized but venture capital firms are taking interest. We are all for it, just as long as girls don't confuse it with the vibrating panties.
