1 gallon Apple Juice
1 gallon Apple Cider
7 Cinnamon sticks
800 grams (4 cups) Sugar

Mix apple juice, apple cider, sugar, and cinnamon sticks together in a pot. Boil until cinnamon sticks lose flavor. Add Everclear. Refrigerate.
