The comedian best known for his pimp outfits and slap-happy attitude found himself in another feud recently only this time it's with Uncle Sam. The IRS has just levied a $4 million tax lien against the comedian stating that Mr. Williams failed to pay $3.2 million in taxes in 2008 and another $829,352 in 2009. This combined with video footage of an assault at Target, a couple of arrests and a canceled tour makes for great comedy even Katt can't write.
