Poor guy. The sandals are so close but everytime he attempts to put them on, they are just out of reach. We've all been in that drunk situation where tasks that were once so simple are now as complex as the button zippers. We're guessing this guy didn't make it much longer. And if he did, it was in the paddywagon on his way to detox.
